Stewart was invaluable to helping me find a home. Invaluable. I engaged Stewart's services while still living in TX. Unable to walk through every house, I needed someone that I could trust to do that for me. When I was able to be in town, Stewart made sure to optimize our time together by scheduling as many viewings as possible. He has tremendous insight and was quick to identify issues or things that would require addressing with each house. He was always responsive to my texts, emails, and calls. Stewart did a great job with both the selling of our existing house and buying of our new one. He got us the highest price ever sold in the neighborhood by helping us stage the house as well as making improvements that helped sell the house. We had 3 cash offers and closed in 2 weeks from the offer date. He was very involved and even paid for a plumber to adjust pipes after we paid for new sink and countertops. He followed up quickly on everything related to our sale of the old house and purchase of the new. We would definitely recommend him.

I needed to sell quickly and was having a terrible time with my previous agent. I thought I'd never be able to sell before the end of the year but luckily I hired Stewart. He helped me with pricing and a plan to get things moving quickly. We were on the market within days while he worked to hire a cleanout crew, as well as stay onsite to supervise the crew because I could not be there. He always answered my calls and texts and had a great deal of patience with concerns. I wound up selling for over $17k more than the previous agent told me was possible, and in only 4 days.
