Born in the coldest US state, during the coldest month every year. Summer was the only name may parents could agree on.

Born and raised in Fairbanks, my family roots remain forever planted in the Heart of Alaska.  My professional work experience and business ethics were founded in law.  I began working for the Attorney General's Office while attending high school.  I continued in the legal field following high school graduation, as well as Arizona.  I relocated from the Arctic Desert to the Desert in pursuit of my Bachelors degree in Economics, at Arizona State University. Why economics you ask?  Truth be told, I never could get an "A" in that course, naturally then I should obtain a degree in the field.

I intended to follow my BS, with a Masters in International Business and working as an International Trade Lawyer.  Following my graduation at ASU, I interviewed for some large firms in Arizona.  Following these interviews it became clear that these firms were not going to be a good professional fit for myself. 

I secured a job with a local Arizona commercial shopping center developer in 1999.  I have enjoyed working in Real Estate since then.  I attribute the majority of my success in Real Estate to my education and professional work experience.

I have expanded my Real Estate foundation from Commercial and now to Residential real estate developing a wealth of knowledge in nearly 20 years of experience.  I relocated to Augusta, Georgia in 2015.  I have obtained my Georgia Real Estate License and followed with my South Carolina license shortly their after.  In 2017 I managed contract to close more than $18 Million in Real Estate Acquisitions throughout Georgia, and South Carolina consisting of nearly 300 transactions representing majority interest for a SE Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). 

This year 2018 my goal is focused on building new working relationships, and growing my business with you.  2017 we acquired our Home in Country Club Hills.  We opened and operate a family owned local barber and salon in Downtown Augusta.  We enjoy watching movies at Riverwatch, shopping, and supporting the boys at high school sports.

Most important.  Today, I am committed to individual Buyers and Sellers like you.
