I did not have a good experience with Susanne. I felt that she was trying rent me the apartment quickly without making sure I knew everything about the apartment. After I moved into the apartment, I had issues with the keys, as I was not given fully updated keys, and it took a while to get this resolved, and I feel that making sure the keys were updated should have been done before moving in. There were additional unpleasant surprises after moving in, and all together I regret the experience and wish I had been able to take my time and find a different place and agent.

We were moving into the Boston Area from out of state. We asked a family friend, who is a real estate agent, to help us find an agent in the area. She found Susan.My wife and I are physicians who have very limited free time, and given our distance to Boston it was not a typical purchasing process. Susan seamlessly was able to act as our surrogate in the Newton and was very accommodating for the short bursts of time that we were in town. Her knowledge of Newton and Needham was outstanding which helped us eliminate targets prior to arriving. I certainly would highly recommend Susan for searching for a home in the Boston area, particularly Newton.

We bought our house from Susanne in 1998 and didn't even consider using anyone else when we decided to sell our house in 2016. We had had no contact in the intervening years. I think that says it all.

Susanne McInerney has been our broker since 1988 when she sold our first home on Great Plain Avenue in Needham, Mass. She was so efficient that we called her back in September of 2014 to sell our home that we owned for over 28 years in Needham. She had us do so much work to get our house ready to sell to reach her high standards. Our house looked so beautiful without all the clutter we had. She invited all the neighbors over for an eloquently prepared mimosa brunch which was a brilliant idea since they are the ones that want good neighbors.
