I have been a full time residential real estate consultant since 1994. I offer you my expertise of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Every transaction is important to me because it’s important to the people I’m working with. I pride myself in providing high quality, professional, yet personal service.
My fiduciary responsibilities to my clients include understanding the current economic conditions of the Detroit area, successfully negotiating contracts and marketing homes.

I have been a select member of the Professional Standards Committee for the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors (GMAR) since 2004 and for the Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR) since 2013.
In 2010, I completed 160-hour program in Master Conflict Resolution through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Consortium. All courses were held at Macomb Community College.
October 2014: Completed 12 hour NAR course: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
July 2015: Completed 13 hour NAR course: Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
August 2015: Completed 11 hour: NAR Professional Standards Education Seminar
January 2016: Appointed to be the first Ombudsman for the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors
