With this understanding, members of our team ensure each of our client's needs, goals, and aspirations are uncovered and examined. We then combine our extensive and diverse experience with our caring dispositions to explore options, answer questions and create an action plan without pressure.
Bob, founder of The Dillard Group, was raised all over the world as an Army BRAT, but found roots in Northern Virginia in 1987. With over twenty years real estate industry experience, Bob has built a solid foundation of clients. He has represented sellers, buyers, investors and banks, and has guided each of them through their residential real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, lending necessities, asset reposition and dispositions.
Bob has been trained and inspired by some of the industries' brightest and most innovative leaders. He flies the country in a never-ending effort to better his understanding and knowledge of residential real estate, in order to offer the region the best customer service available.
Bob's associates are some of the finest agents in the business and have been carefully selected to form one of the top real estate teams in the region. All team members are updated regularly on every transaction so that they are able to offer seamless assistance to each client for every aspect of their purchase or sale. Bob and his team initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first call all the way to closing and beyond.
Bob is an athlete by nature and a devoted family man. When not exploring with his family, you can find him boating, snow boarding, mountain biking, snorkeling or on the golf course.
In 2012, Alison graduated from the School of Philosophy and Religion and the School of Political Science at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Upon graduation, Alison spent several years working as a paralegal at a top Northern Virginia law firm. Alison attributes her negotiation tactics and meticulous attention to detail to her experience with this firm.
In 2015, Alison left her paralegal career to join Keller Williams Capital Properties, a full service residential real estate brokerage serving residents of Northern Virginia.
As a native to Northern Virginia, Alison finds that her purpose is to serve the greater community by being a trusted advisor and advocate. Alison believes that buying and selling real estate is more than just numbers, it's about people.
Alison is committed to achieving her client's goals, no matter how ambitious or conservative they may appear, as each accomplishment contributes to the larger vision of serving the broader community.
