WHAT A BLESSING. I submitted a request for information and within seconds was contacted by Theresa. She was very knowledgeable, informative, and supportive throughout the process and we officially closed on our home today. I honestly don't think I could have found a better realtor, even if I wanted to. Theresa taught us so much, was sooo friendly, patient with me (and my fussy toddler), and always made herself available for any questions. I can't find the words to thank her enough. I highly recommend her for your home buying/selling process!

Theresa was an absolute joy to work with. I was a first time home buyer and Theresa took me under her wing, explained everything in detail, and gave me the tools to make a decision without pushing me one way or another. She knew what I was looking for in a home and worked hard to show me realistic properties that I could afford. When it came to negotiation she worked hard to get me the best price possible. Theresa was amazing to work with! She was honest about each house we saw and added no pressure, which we really appreciated! She took the time to listen, answered all of our questions before selling our house and then through the whole buying process! We had a lot of questions and she provided the answers. Overall I highly recommend working with her.

Theresa is an amazingly kind and thoughtful realtor. I chose her after contacting a few other realtors. As fate had it my mother was using her and met her by chance. She is great at active listening and I could tell she was genuinely a nice person from her meeting with my mom.I had previously met with a realtor that under cut our home listing by 5k, plus this realtor wanted us to paint every room! Had we gone with her we would have put our home on the market 5k under appraisal. Essentially, losing money on our investment. Theresa was able to get us well above asking and her stagers really just made me want to love the home not list it! Literally, who knew lamps were so important! Her entire team was amazing. She was engaged, had quick response times, and was tough when she needed to be. Do yourself a favor pick Theresa. She makes the entire experience more organic, while still maintaining the business transaction.

The home search with Theresa was fun and very organized. She was honest and really tried to help us find what was best for our family and best as an Investment. When buying she was an amazing advocate for us and even helped keep the lender on track. We closed already but she is still communicating with the sellers for us to get some final repairs.
