Todd grew up in California, moved to Hawaii, then South Dakota and most recently to South Carolina, where he lives with his wife and 3 dogs. Since moving to South Carolina he has spent countless hours driving around the area, becoming familiar with the various communities and rural properties.

Todd is very well rounded in various aspects of the real estate industry with 25 years of experience in construction. He has a keen eye for building and remodeling, which allows him to help buyers see the true potential in homes they are considering and helps sellers see how to get the best price for their home.
