I have purchased a home, purchased & sold a condo, and signed a 3 year business lease with Yolanda Salas. She is a phenomenal realtor, mentor & now friend. I enjoyed working with her so much I got my own real estate license and now work WITH her! :) She is one of the best realtors in PCB.

Called Yolanda out of the blue about a house she was not aware of. She had the key and alot of info about the market in two days. She showed us the house that day and suggested we make an offer quick becaue of market. She was right.

This was a FNMA Homepath house and she helped us dealing with FNMA. A few bumps along the way but she was available when ever I called or emailed, even when she was on a family trip.

We recently moved from Europe to PC. We were not familiar with all the requirements of buying a house in the US. In addition my new job assignment at PC required my full attention. Hence we needed a realtor that fully supports us in all questions related to buying a property and getting settled with a family in a new environment. With Yolanda we found a realtor that exceeded our expectations by far! Yolanda Salas is a great agent. With her professional help, we found a house that we like in Panama City Beach, FL. In addition to her comprehensive real estate knowledge, Yolanda has a great personality. She is so easy to talk to, and so friendly. Because we are sort of new in town, we have a very limited knowledge of the house market in Panama City Beach. She is always patient, provides sounding professional advice, and helps us to perform a thoroughly pros and cons analysis. In our opinions, Yolanda is an agent who you can trust and will excellent service to meet your needs.

Yolanda was extremely thorough and responsive in her assistance with me buying my home, particularly considering the assistance I needed living out of state. Her responsiveness and assistance even continued after the house was bought. I was able to purchase the house at much less of a price settlement than anticipated.

Yolanda did such a fantastic job helping us find our home when we relocated to Panama City. Without exaggeration, she showed us about 60 homes. She was very helpful and always patient with us. We ended up choosing a short sale that took six months to close. She was with us every step of the way. Along with our home buying, she was a wealth of information on the area in general. After we got into our home, she even helped us to find people to help with the work we couldn't do ourselves. Yolanda is just an all around wonderful person and I would recommend her to anyone.

Yolanda was a wonderful help to us in selling our beach condo. She helped us to have realistic expectations regarding the sale, and was very easy to work with. She was very honest when answering our questions about how to present the unit to buyers, and very accessible to us at all times. The sale went very smoothly with her help. Yolanda has a number of traits that make working with her easy and effective. She focuses on getting things done right with a skill level I'd match against the best project managers I've known. She is a responsive and effective communicator. She has lots of great ideas around how to best position a property. Yolanda was recommended to me during my relocation to Panama City. She immediately assisted with options for temporary living in a furnished vacation rental home for my family while waiting for the out of state house to sell. Her local knowledge was valuable beyond the housing market as she was informative about schools, shopping and misc items. She quickly understood our needs and wants for a house and did not waste much time in unnecessary viewings. She did take us to a couple homes of no interest but it was to expose us to a different style of house or a particular neighborhood. The out of state sale and purchase in Florida were perfectly timed with Yolonda making coordinating efforts. I am very thankful we were given Yolonda's contact information as we had no time to research agents from out of state. She was a true blessing!

Yolanda was great to work with and most importantly very responsive with awesome follow through. When I was on Zillow looking for a condo there were so many choices and realtors to pick through. I said to myself the first real connection I get will be the most important. It was Yolanda, after I hit submit I was immediately contacted. We did buy and closed very quickly with Yolanda's help.
