Background and Qualifications

Having relocated to Las Vegas in mid 2005, Ted brings almost fifteen years of customer service, sales and real estate related experience with him to RE/MAX Pros. 1997 "Rookie of the Year" for Prudential Preferred Properties and Albuquerque Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year Nominee", Ted graduated From Georgia Tech in 1989 receiving his Bachelor of Science in Management along with a minor in Economics. Soon after receiving his real estate license in 1997, he began his pursuit of real estate education and training, and was awarded the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), of which only a small percentage of Realtors receive. He continues his education and training continuously, and takes numerous continuing education classes every year.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Ted has worked in the casino and gaming industry throughout the Southwest, including Colorado, New Mexico, Palm Springs, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, prior to moving to Las Vegas. He has dealt all of the table games found in the pit, and currently is a professional poker dealer at Bellagio as well. He understands customer service, sales, strategy and negotiations, and is a problem solver.

In his spare time, he is an avid golfer, and works out several times a week. He is also extremely proficient on the computer and is considered a "techie" by those around him.
