Am I any good? I think I am. Before launching my full time Real Estate career as a licensed agent, I owned and operated a residential general contracting company. Real Estate isn't a second job for me but has been my occupation since I started purchasing land to designing homes and even building the final product. Having accomplished this, I set the hammer down to focus my attention on serving you, the client, with my undivided attention. I am pleased to say this has allowed me to meet many wonderful people in the process. And they have allowed me to build my business to where I continually been a "Million Dollar Club" plus member of the Hamilton, Fairfield, Oxford Board of Realtors since 2003.

Buying a home? Where do you want to live? Oxford, Hamilton, Eaton or any of the communities and areas in between are just some of the places I serve. Not sure what you need to do to buy real estate? Just call me. It is my job to lead you through this process as smoothly and as beneficial for you as possible.

Selling a home? As a subscriber to the Greater Cincinnati Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and the Dayton Area MLS, buyers will know about your sale. These two listing services cover a broad swath of Southwestern Ohio. With these providers as well as numerous newspaper and real estate publications, this website and my office website market exposure for your home or property is assured. Assisting you with offers, counter offers, terms and closing proceedures to finalize the transaction can be the most important role I complete.
