About Aidree Tolan

"Every client is unique. To provide you with exceptional service, I focus closely on what you say. Then I put my local knowledge and expertise to work, to get you exactly what YOU want."

With over 20 years experience as a real estate broker in North Carolina and Florida, I have learned what it takes to best serve my clients . My extensive professional and personal experience in various facets of real estate, including Luxury Homes, Relocation, Second Home Buyers, Restoration, Investment Properties, “1031 Exchanges” and First Time Buyers, has prepared me to successfully navigate the constant ups and downs of today’s market. I’m a practical numbers person with a love for architecture and real estate.

In addition to real estate, my passions include my family and friends, travel, the outdoors, and great food. My love for travel and culture brought me to Asheville thirteen years ago and, as both a parent and an individual, I can say it was the best decision of my life. I maintain involvement in my community and have served on the board of directors for many organizations, including the Buncombe County Literacy Council, Montessori Children’s School (founding member) and the Key West Association of Realtors (as Treasurer, Director of Professional Standards, Ethics and Mediator).   My no-pressure approach and relaxed candor has facilitated countless successful real estate transactions for my clients. Call me at 828-458-0501 or email [email protected] and I’ll help you find: “A Home for You and a House for your Lifestyle”.
