We decided to move from Seattle to Asheville North Carolina. I looked up the locally owned real estate agency and gave them a call. When I called Mosaic Realty I asked to speak to an agent and I was transferred to Aidree by chance; from that moment forward the entire experience of moving to North Carolina was made 1 million times easier then I expected because Aidree was so very helpful at every stage; I felt like I had eyes on the ground in a foreign world - We decided to arrive in Asheville and then find a house. I gave ourselves one and a half months to find a place in Asheville; therefore I needed to know where I was going to be buying very quickly. It was January when we arrived and there was snow on the ground. Still, in the one week that was allotted to find a place to live, Aidree came through. Nightly, Aidree and I did our independent research and throughout that week we looked at every house that seemed appropriate throughout the area. Low and behold we did find a house that we wanted, we put in an offer, and we got the house at the price that we were willing to pay. All of these accomplishments were due to the years of experience and the downright laid-back nature of Aidree. I have bought and sold a number of houses and this experience was the very best that I have had. Aidree is a dear soul and I think my lucky stars that it was she that I was transferred to you that day in Seattle when I called to speak to a real estate agent in Asheville.Seven months after closing she is still checking in on us and today I carved a pumpkin for Halloween for the family she brought for us. Thank you Aidree for everything. You sized us up perfectly and gave us each what we needed for the gigantic endeavor that moving and buying a house is.

Aidree was referred to us by friends and we met with her several times to view property in Asheville. She is very knowledgeable about West Asheville and Montford (and likely other neighborhoods, but this is where we were looking.) She has an eye for what her customers like, and she was able to tell us what wasn’t worth seeing, which was important as we were from out of town and had limited time. She always is completely trustworthy and genuine. When we decided to buy a piece of land and build instead of working through her, I felt awful for not finishing the process. Fast forward 8 months, and we were in a position to buy again. Aidree remembered all of our requirements and preferences, and again took us to only the properties that we would love. We found 2 wonderful options our first day out, and Aidree guided us through the negotiation on both skillfully. She stays with you for every step of the process, and even when she left the country for vacation, checked in regularly to make sure we were well cared for and feeling comfortable. I would highly recommend Aidree to anyone looking at real estate in Asheville.

We relocated from Chicago to Asheville and Aidree was amazing through the whole process. She understood our concerns and the stress of making such a big move. On the phone, in person and via email Aidree was a delight to work with. She was calm and thoughtful and an absolute pleasure. She steered is to neighborhood we would like based on our conversations and really got to understand what we were looking for. In our final negotiations she was great! I would both recommend her to others and enlist her help again (though hopefully we are settled in for awhile)

Aidree is amazing and a very special realtor. Dave had already signed up with her before I had the chance to tell him about the wonderful realtor friends who I know are great and do a good job. But I’m glad he did. She handled our constantly evolving requests with such grace and flexibility as we searched for what started as just “ a house”and then transformed into the search for “the dream house.” Oh boy. Talk about high maintenance clients. Our requirements were pretty much all intangibles (like a magical place that felt like living in nature but of course has to be close to downtown). Yeah. She actually went with it. And she quickly caught on and learned US and what was important to us and our lofty desires. Aidree never batted an eyelash and if we fell in love w something she was there to advocate, research, go to bat for us, do whatever kind of extra paperwork as if we were her only clients. Believe it or not we found our dream house with all intangibles included! Thank you Aidree. You are amazing and made the process easy and enjoyable.
