We've always been hesitant towards working with realtors, but AJ definiety changed our perspective. Originally, we were looking at rental properties and, in fact, we did rent for a year. We had no intention of buying a house. AJ never tried to push us otherwise. He knew exactly what we were looking for and as soon as he found the property that fits our needs he told us about it. He always educated us about our needs as future home owners and spent endless amounts of hours showing us both rental properties and homes for sale for over a year and never gave up on us. If he noticed something in the property that didn't fit our criteria, he never lied to us, he made sure we were informed. Because of him, we are now so happy living in our first dream home. He is a person we would not just recommend but an agent we would try to connect others with. AJ has endless integrity, honesty and patience. He is a very personable, resectful man who cares about the people he works with before being a sales minded realtor, and that's what makes him an agent everyone should work with.

AJ was fantastic! There was nothing he wasn't willing to do to help get us just what we wanted in our price range. Willing to go anywhere and negotiate anything for his clients. Never complains, never has a problem taking time to talk to you and explain things out. He is %100 devoted to his clients and their goals and we wouldn't have landed our dream home without his expert help and guidance. He's truly the best!

AJ is an amazing realtor!! He follows up thoroughly and ALWAYS responds back very quickly!! My home was under contract in six weeks and sold!! The best realtor by far that I’ve ever worked with!!

I was a completely ignorant newbie to process of finding & buying a house to become my new home. A.J. Francis was highly recommended by a friend & one of the best decisions I've made was to enlist his services. Once we found the right home for me, I was able to close & move in within 30 days thanks to his excellent knowledge of ALL aspects involved with finding & buying a property. In addition to his thorough knowledge of his business, his ethics are exemplary, and his patience & gentle guidance w/an indecisive & stressed buyer was priceless; and he was even able to negoiate a lower price than was listed! His responsiveness was above & beyond my expectations & without his guidance & personal efforts throughout the whole process, I probably would still be in the house hunting phase instead of moving in right now! One other thing I'd like to mention is that during the purchasing process, I needed the services of a home inspector and a mortgage lending company. Being new to the area, I didn't know who would be a good choice so asked AJ Francis if he could recommend anyone he knew. As a real estate agent, he had worked with numerous people in those fields while assisting his clients with the purchase phase of a property; so he was able to provide names & contact info of some people that he had found to do an excellent job on behalf of the buyer. I chose my home inspector and mortgage lender based on his recommendations and they both proved to be excellent in their respective areas. Am positive my home purchasing wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly, nor quickly, without the A+ services of AJ Francis and the related business people he knows that provided equally A+ services in their areas of expertise and which are needed to complete the purchasing of the property one has chosen. To my surprise, one's need for the services of an A+ realtor doesn't end once they've gotten a signed purchase contract. After that, there are numerous things that must be done by the buyer within very tight deadlines; and if missed, it could delay the closing of the property or even result in the purchase contract being rescinded and losing the property. Thankfully, AJ was there to represent me & make sure all deadlines were timely met all the way through the day we closed on the house that is now my home!I'm no longer a "newbie" to processes involved in buying a home; but am definitely not a pro like AJ & his team. So if I were to be in position where I wanted to find and purchase another property in the future, the 1st thing I'd do is contact AJ Francis to ask him to represent & assist me again in reaching my goal because I know that with his services, the process will go as smoothly and stress free as possible & won't have to worry that I might lose the property I want due to a missed deadline or finding an unpleasant surprise at closing or after taking possession of the property.AJ Francis went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent for me in my efforts to find a property to become my new home. He behavior & attitude throughout the whole process has earned my total respect and admiration and highly recommend anyone ready to buy a home to contact him. IMO, upon the first meeting, you too will feel confident that this is the realtor you want by your side on your home purchasing journey to help you reach your goal.

AJ was truly a pleasure to work with. He explained each step in the process and answered all questions in details. I never bought a house on my own, he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely sure with my decision. I will definitely suggest to everyone to use AJ when you are looking to buy or sell your house. He's definitely a go getter

Buying a home is a time-consuming and exhausting job, especially for first-time buyers. But AJ makes it much easier for me. I just moved to Lafayette and had no idea about hunting for a house. I did not even know how to find an agent for me. I sent couples of emails to several agents, but some did not respond, and some refused to show me the house because they did not believe I was a sincere buyer. It was in middle September when I contacted AJ from Zillow about my intent. He responded immediately. Only one and half months later, I live in my own house. It couldn’t be so efficient and smooth without AJ’s assistant. He is always patient, understanding, and willing to help. When I was overwhelmed by the hundreds of choices in the market, AJ helped me to narrow down the options. When I found my ideal home, AJ helped me to bargain with the seller and save my budget. When I was confused with the purchasing agreement and inspection report, AJ helped me go through the items one-by-one. When I encountered some technical issues right before the closing date, AJ helped me to negotiate with the title company and bank manager. I would like to recommend AJ to anyone who is hunting for a home. He treats his client with respect and consideration. AJ is the BEST of all!

AJ was instrumental in the purchase of our new home. We have been working with him for almost 2 years to find the perfect house for my wife and I. He was always patient and honest with us though this process. If he thought the house or neighborhood was not the right fit he would share his opinion. By far the best agent I have ever dealt with.. Listens to your needs and concerns and is there for you from the very first step to the final step. Never did I feel alone in this process. When I became concerned at one point of the process A J was there to say Let it Go and Let me handle it .. which he did.. Truly amazing, trust worthy, classy guy. The minute I walked into what was to be my new home he had his eagle eyes out. He pointed out things I never would have seen... I can not say enough about this guy.. Total experience was an A+..
