Alan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of buying a home. I was looking for a VA loan eligible house. He found and showed me several. He found a three bedroom with two bath rooms that was in a VA program. It took a while to get everything to go through. He called and cheered me up when it looked like things were not making any progress.

Alan was a pleasure to have as our Realtor. Alan never left any questions unanswered and he always responded promptly. From the beginning, we liked his approach. He was professional yet still casual and comfortable. Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Upon contacting Alan he quickly got a professional sign in my yard and a photographer out there to take some really great pictures. The listing was posted very quickly. It was a very different experience than what I had with my prior agent. In hind site his advise was always spot on. At times he did go above and beyond to help me out. I was having my floors redone and I was out of town. He did the final inspection of the work and delivered the final check to the service provider. The house was sold and the closing went smoothly. I am very happy with the outcome.

We had more showings with Alan Daniel on the first weekend of his listing than in our previous 6 months with another realtor! Ours was an older home and Alan had resources for excellent contractors who worked with us and the buyer with great results. We relocated for work and hated leaving the house behind, but Alan found us a buyer who loves the place as much as we did. He and his staff were always incredibly accessible and responsive.
