What a team. Susan was professional, kind, and very communicative. Selling my mother's house after she died was very hard. Sue and team made it much easier. Lots of activity. Got full asking price...cash in 2 weeks.

Alan was a pleasure to work with. From the moment we explained our situation and he told us not to worry and that he would take care of everything, we finally felt at ease and that someone was on our side. We knew he would help us navigate the sale of our home. We had a disastrous beginning with a different buyer and realtor so we needed the best and that is exactly who we got with Alan. He was professional, yet caring and compassionate. He always had our best interests in mind and he and Susan were always available to answer questions or listen to our concerns. His experience and knowledge of the real estate market in our area are invaluable. He made us feel that we had a home that was desirable and that with his marketing plan in effect, we would get multiple offers over asking price in a few days and he was right! We have bought and sold homes in the past, and Alan was head and shoulders the best realtor we have ever worked with. He stayed with us throughout the entire process, and was extremely helpful with both the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. We were always able to reach him or his associate, Susan, with questions, and they never made us feel that any question was too trivial. Alan was also able to connect us with the proper trades people to help us with minor repairs to the home we were selling. In short, if we were to sell and buy again, we would absolutely use Alan again! He was the best!

Simple the best and most competent realtor and team bar none. Susan was also great. There were so many hurdles to jump through that he navigated fantastically. They are always available/ Our property had many easements that they dealt personally with the township for us. WE could never had done it on our own!!

Alan helped us sell our house in Howell at asking price years ago before getting asking price or above was in fashion. Alan then went ahead and sold us our new home in Jackson.
