Experience in the field

In 2008 I sold my healthcare company and knew that Real Estate was my future. I had bought and sold several homes prior to selling my business and enjoyed the process of remodeling and getting the homes ready for sale. I find great enjoyment in the creative process of making the home appealing to the buyer. I had family in real estate development, and selling dreams is a joy every Realtor earns and takes great pride in.

In this ever-changing world with new digital trends popping up daily my marketing abilities come in handy, but my main strength is my credibility. I’ve been building this asset ever since I got my license. I’m constantly studying the market to be able to have the correct response at the tip of my tongue to any questions my clients might have.

I have a bachelor's in business administration and Finance from Florida International University

In 2015 I completed a Master’s of Science in Real Estate and Development from FIU as well.

Personal life

Besides real estate, my other great passion in my life is coaching little league baseball. I am the head coach of the Greater West Melbourne Minor Angels. Seeing the kids develop as players and teaching them teamwork and sportsmanship is the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done.

I am a dog lover and once had four dogs in my home. But three of them have gone to doggie heaven in the last five years and currently, our golden doodle, Joy, is the queen of our home.

I often say I'm not in the business of real estate but in the business of making dreams come true. That doesn't mean finding houses for a buyer or getting the highest amount of money for the seller. It's much more than that: it's caring for needs, understanding anxieties, predicting potential pitfalls, and looking for ways to make the uncertain process of buying or selling a house not only easier but also more enjoyable. Ultimately, my goal as a Real Estate Agent is to facilitate things for my clients turning a lengthy and complex transaction into a pleasant memory.

I have not only a fiduciary responsibility to my clients but also a moral one. Transparency is really important in my book because, for me, Real Estate is not only about properties and money. It's about people. I never take for granted the fact that people trust me not only with their house or apartment, but their home. I take that responsibility seriously.

A dream come true

I am passionate about many things, but finding the perfect home for my clients or discovering a home's most impressive attribute as a listing agent is a responsibility that I am passionate about. Over time I have earned the respect and recognition of the community that I love so much. Together with my family, that's my most prized possession. A dream come true. Remember I said I was in the business of making dreams come true? Well, I don't intend on waking up from this one. So you can count on me to make your dream come true because by doing so I'll be living a dream of my own. Let's dream together!
