We were out of state, first home buyers and we have Alicia to thank for putting us at ease during the process. Her knowledge base is excellent, as she is very familiar with real estate regulations in both resale and new construction. In addition to her knowledge, Alicia's communication is fabulous! Any time we needed to reach Alicia, she was there for us and willing to go the extra mile--and did! Communication of this caliber is extremely hard to come by. We honestly feel we could not have gone through the process of buying a new construction home, from out of state, without her. Alicia is the best! We met her at an open house, and I knew right away she was the agent for us. She was involved every step of the way, from choosing a lender and home inspector to recommending movers.
