About Alicia Kurvin

Alicia has been working in the world of real estate and construction for over a decade now here in Sarasota. With a vast knowledge of Southwest Florida's Sun coast she has proven time and time again an advantageous tool for her clients. Alicia's expertise is her creativity, which in real estate is priceless. With her expert guidance, positive “go get 'em” attitude and determination she is a huge benefit to any team. Working in design, real estate and construction Alicia began this endeavor as a young child here in Sarasota almost 30 years ago. Growing up in the 80's she spent her "summer breaks" working with her father on various construction sites. Each site watching and participating as Luxury Homes across Sarasota and Manatee County were built from the ground up. After attending I.A.D.T in Tampa Florida and obtaining a degree in Interior Design Alicia moved back to Sarasota. Working for a few Architects and Interior Designers here in there she ended up managing an architectural office and overseeing the Principal Architects property management division. This is where she realized that real estate was where she shined.

Now Alicia offers a large list of services for her customer’s demands: great contacts with local builders, investors from all around the world, huge inventory of rental properties and a slew of buyers and sellers is a nice plus. This allows investors, homebuyers and sellers of all kinds to be able to find what they need here in our market. Never ceasing to stop learning Alicia is always continuing her knowledge of Real Estate and new technologies She is nationally recognized as a graduate of "The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation." and is currently working on her Luxury Home Accreditation and International Property Specialist Certification. Alicia is dedicated to her customers and their needs and offers a wide range of opportunities. Available around the clock and with full service experience she strives to adapt and make each transaction as clear and smooth as possible. Enjoy the luxuries of owning in Southwest Florida today!
