I speak: English
I often say I'm not in the business of real estate, but in the business of making dreams come true. That doesn't mean finding houses for a buyer or getting the highest amount of money for the seller. Not exclusively, at least. It's much more than that: it's caring for their needs, understanding their anxieties, predicting potential pitfalls and basically looking for ways to make the uncertain process of buying or selling a house not only easier, but more enjoyable. In the end, my goal as a Real Estate Agent is to facilitate things for my clients turning a lengthy and complex transaction into a pleasing memory.
Sure, my marketing abilities come in handy - especially in this ever-changing world with new digital trends popping up daily - but my main strength is my credibility. I've been working hard on this asset ever since I got my license. I'm constantly studying the market because when my client asks me something I have to have the correct response at the tip of my tongue. I have not only a fiduciary responsibility to my client but also a moral one. So, transparency is really important in my book because, to me, Real Estate is not only about properties and money. It's about people. I never take for granted the fact that people are trusting me not with their house or apartment; but their home. I take that responsibility seriously and put on a (fair) fight for them.
Over time I have earned the respect and recognition of this community that I love so much. Together with my family, that's my most prized possession. A dream come true. Remember I said I was in the business of making dreams come true? Well, I don't intend on waking up from this one. So you can count on me to make your dream come true because by doing so I'll be living a dream of my own. Let's dream together!

Amy was incredibly helpful and available throughout the home buying experience. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and treats each transaction as she would for a family member. She was even able able to accommodate my bizarre schedule working nights as a new parent. She was responsive to issues around the clock, and I sincerely don't know how she does it!I would highly recommend her to first time home buyers and veterans alike.

Amy did a great job in finding us a home that met our needs, especially given our unique needs. She also was great at helping assuage our nervousness with the, at times, tedious negotiation process and the waiting game. When someone asks who a good realtor is in the area I will definitely give them Amy's name!

My experience with Amy was amazing!! As a first time home buyer I could not have dreamed of finding a better agent. She went well above and beyond in dealing with outside contractors involved with the purchase, and allowed me to not miss a minute of my day to day routines.I ended up in the perfect house at the perfect price with details covered that I wasn't even aware needed to be addressed. Amy looked after my interests like a life long friend would have. Her honesty was priceless in my journey to finding my perfect place to call home, and I couldn't have done it without her tireless work and focus on what I was looking for. I would recommend her to anyone willing to listen to me explain just how much work she put in to get me exactly what I was dreaming to get. She made this entire journey go as smooth as possible from start to finish.Amy you are the best!!!!!

Amy is a very helpful realtor! She lets her clients make their own decisions based on what they want -- she is always honest with her opinion if you ask for her thoughts, which I appreciate. She remains helpful to her clients even after the home is purchased which shows that she truly cares about us!
