In 2009, Amy helped us buy a bank-owned home and get a reconstruction loan to make it habitable. Since then she has been there for my family, and for me personally as a friend, for every property-related matter that has come up. She is a real God-send. She is experienced, knowledgable, bold and kind at the same time. She is always ultra-professional, and goes an extra 10 miles for her clients. I highly recommend Amy and she will always be our family realtor.

Amy helped us find a mobile home and was our go to person for all things "mobile." She was very knowledgeable about this market, which we knew very little about and was with us every step of the way. She kept in constant contact with us. Besides her professionalism and expertise, Amy is simply such a nice person to work with!

Amy, helped us with a fast pace move from SF. This wasn’t our first time buying but it was by far the smoothest. Amy listened carefully to what we were looking for and helped steer us in the right direction. We of course were watching all the websites but Amy pre-screened the homes and made sure our limited time was packed with potential homes. We had a pretty specific wish list and essential a two month window with only a handful of visits to make it happen. It all came together and we really felt that we would not have gotten the home without Amy’s advice. When it came time to close we were out of the country which could have been tough but Amy was on it and performed immediately to Lee the deal moving. Amy is as good as it gets.

We have had Amy Marchetti work on three house deals with us.She Sold one house near Santa Luz, Purchase a house in a gated community in Escondido and then sell that house seven years later.She is a top notch real estate agent. Always keeping her clients needs in mind. Amy has a lot of local knowledge and spends the time to get to know what you need and can afford. Amy got me top dollar for my condo with the Million Dollar View! I had to go through 2 other realtors to find Amy. She came highly recommended for her keen understanding and passion for the work she executes. Her easy to get along with personality made it very comfortable for me to ask her questions. It was a good day for us when Amy was referred to us as a realtor. She helped us both sell and buy a house. Amy listened to us and found the house we wanted. She paid attention to details and made certain everything went well and on time. She also returned our telephone calls in a timely fashion. And, she has sources, which is very important when you need to have a repair done.

I have worked in real estate for many years processing transactions for other realtors, as well as for our own personal residences. Now that my husband and I have a family business, there was no time to handle all the necessary details involved in both selling and buying our home. We met Amy at an open house and I was immediately impressed with her very professional, yet wonderfully personal way of interacting with others, and not an ounce of the typical hard sell or diva persona! When it was time to put our house on the market, she paid for the services of a home decorator to come in and give me tips on preparing our home. Thanks to her, our home fetched top dollar in less than a week. Meanwhile, on the buying side, we had a very particular wish list and Amy worked for 12 months helping us find what we were looking for. She is the 'Queen of Patience', hands down!! She never gave up on us after what felt like hundreds of showings, many rejected offers and even two cancelled escrows. Through it all, her attention to detail, prompt responses and professionalism never waivered! If I could give Amy 10 stars, I would in a heart beat, as she earned it in every aspect possible!

We have worked twice with Amy Marchetti in the last 2 years. When moving to the San Diego area in 2015 Amy was so helpful and on top of it, assisting us long distance to help us find just the right home for our family. This last Spring when deciding to move back to Northern California we chose Amy to sell our S.D. home and she did not miss a beat! She was very responsive and so helpful in getting our house ready for sale. When it came time to put our house on the market, the home sold within 4 days for the asking price during our first Open House. Had several other offers as well!
