This was our third transaction with Amy in the past four years - twice buying a home and once selling one. Buying our first single home was the most recent experience. Amy is always extremely professional, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and always has a sound advice. We just can't say enough about how great she has been through all of these transactions with us. She has always made the negotiations as stress free as possible and was very prompt in responses even when she was on vacation. When we started looking for our house Amy was very patient showing us numerous properties as we had a long list of wants and needs and she ultimately found our dream house for us in the area we did not even think to look at! Her extensive experience in real estate ensured as smooth of an experience as it possibly could have been and her excellent negotiation and people skills helped smooth out the bumps we encountered. We would not want to work with anybody else and would absolutely recommend her to our friends and family and anyone looking for a real estate agent. Amy helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home this year. She was very supportive and helpful and she made the entire process so easy for us being first time home buyers. We will definitely seek Amy's help again next time we move!

Amy put us in touch with great people to help us determine what exactly we could afford and be comfortable with. She was patient with me and all my requirements. We didn't have to move we wanted to move. she found us exactly what we were looking for and guided us through the entire process. The last time we moved was 24 years ago and we had a lot of questions and she walked us through everything.

I met Amy several years ago, as listing agent for a residential property that I rented. My experience with her was so positive that I called her first to list a home that we recently sold. Amy's professionalism, advice, responsiveness and attention to detail are truly outstanding. Rarely does an agent listen to a client carefully, and take a number of personal factors into account when advising on how to optimize and price a home for resale. My home sold within five months at a good price, and Amy made an otherwise stressful experience pleasurable. I would hope that others in her profession would strive for the standards she sets!

Amy helped guide my wife and myself in selling our house. We had no knowledge on what to do. She guided us on pictures of the house.communicated results of open houses she had and the opinions of the attendees about the house and suggested improvements that we made to enhance the sale. She addressed all our concerns quickly andprofessionally. The house had a roof problem that we did not know about. We corrected that problem with the roofer she recommended.Amy earned every penny of her commission and then some. I highly recommend her.

Our experience buying a house was so stress-free and enjoyable because of the help of our realtor, Amy Shea. She really took the time to get to know both of us and our wants/needs in a house. No matter when I emailed or texted her, she always responded in a timely fashion. It was a great team effort in finding houses that we were interested in. When we met to go through houses, she was very knowledgeable about the school districts, neighborhoods, etc. related to the house. Along with this, she was very honest in the way she answered our questions and provided us with great information regarding the details about the homes. I am so happy with the way the whole process went and I would truly recommend Amy to anybody looking for a house!

Amy worked with my husband and I, mainly long distance in the purchasing of a home in Skippack Township. She was also the Listing Agent of the home we were most interested in seeing. We felt that she would be the best person, since we had limited time in PA to view the home(s). Everything worked out very well. She has been an asset because she was present during the Home Inspection in our place. She has been easy to ask for additional help as she makes herself very available, and gets it done no matter what we have asked of her. Her assistant Wendy Kelly has also been available. Both are prompt, and knowledgeable.

Amy made it all so seamless and easy with her natural ability to wrap it all up. She gave good advice when I needed it.
