So glad we found Anastasia and her assistant Ashley . They were always super responsive to my many questions via text. For anything complex, Anastasia was always willing to hop on a quick call to discuss. I really appreciated her advice and insight, especially when she noticed issues with homes that wouldn’t have stood out as a red flag to first time home buyers like ourselves. In this hectic market, our home buying experience went rather smoothly as she structured our offer in a way to get the winning bid. Our experience was fantastic. She was available to show homes any time we wanted to view something, weekends and weekdays. We were very picky with the requirements for our home and it took a long time for the right house to become available. Even with the long process, we never felt pressure to put an offer on a house we didn't like. She was a pleasure to work with

Anastasia is a wonderful realtor. We used her to purchase and sell our home. We bought our dream home to find out that my husband was fighting an illness and passed the second year after our purchase. This was a terrible time for me and she made it an easy process during a time where I could barely get out of the bed. I am so grateful for her and her team. She had someone to assist from the HVAC system to the minor repairs, and prayers. Her compassion during this time went above what I expected and what was required. To top it off my profit paid all my debt off and left me in a good position to move forward during a time when I thought “What am I gonna do”? I’d recommend her a thousand times. You can’t beat professional and kindness packed together. Thanks a ton for all you did Anastasia. I am very grateful and humbled. I will miss this home and the buyers will love this home.

Anastasia was great to work with, very responsive and was on top of it. Will use again for sure. Was able to meet with contractor to do our walk throughs and made the closing a breeze. Was always attentive and willing to look at properties we sent her way.

Overall, I was pleased with Anastasia and especially with selling our home. I feel at first we were overpriced because there was some confusion in the measuring of the home which I felt like could have put us behind a little bit in selling. There was a pet odor in the garage which we did everything we could do and I know that held up some buyers. I feel that if we were at a lower price starting out, I feel like we could’ve sold at a higher price than we did.
