About Andrea Baker

I moved to TN in 1994 with my husband and twins. I fell in love with the area and became heavily involved in the local schools, sports and communities.

I went into real estate to help people! That may sound like a cliché to people who don't know me, but I've had careers as a Registered Nurse and owner of a very successful baking business. Both careers were centered around my love for helping others and have given me the tools I needed to organize, research, negotiate and care for my clients.

I have personally bought and sold homes in two states, custom built a home along with purchasing several pieces of land over the years. All of these experiences have made me a better agent because I have been in your position before and learned what it takes to make the process go smoothly.

Keller Williams Franklin gave me the Mo Anderson award for 2019 which was due to my caring for others and attention to detail just like Mo and the Cultural Ambassador award for my market center. I treasure that they felt compelled to give me this award and strive daily to live up to it. A large part of my business comes from referral of past clients and I feel that is due to their satisfaction in the service they received.

I sold over 5 million in my first year in the business have continued to grow my business and take pride in making sure I only give A+ service. Since I did own that baking business, I give a homemade cake of your choosing with every closing and for every referral because after all.... Buying and Selling a Home is a Piece of Cake with A. Baker!

I sit on the board of a non-profit which I helped found called IC13 (www.ic13.org). It provides Faith, Hope and Love to the people in Honduras and Uganda. I serve on Medical Mission Trips twice a year to Honduras and give part of each commission check in my client's name to this charity.

Did I mention that I give homemade cakes at closing and for referrals? Read my testimonials to find out some of the  popular flavors.

Eco-friendly Vs. Harmful Building Materials

Eco-friendly Vs. Harmful Building Materials

More than ever, the past dictates our future. The twenty-first century must face the dramatic repercussions of our past heritage concerning environmental issues. We foolishly exposed our planet to threats and insecurity. In practice, we do lots of harm to our immediate environment, and we should pay more attention to do’s and don’ts in nature. Humankind has ...
