Andrea Evans had a psychic prediction about real estate as her ideal career, and it was the best advice she ever got. She got her license in 1999 and went on to become a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, a recipient of Diamond and Platinum Awards , Multi-Million-Dollar Producer, Certified Buyers Broker, and Fine Homes Specialist, as well as Relocation and E-Certified. Her expertise spans the gamut, and her seasoned knowledge is invaluable to the many clients who entrust her with their most important asset.

Andrea is a team leader of The Evans Llorens Team at Douglas Elliman, comprised of a group of 10 multicultural and diverse Associate Brokers and agents who are commercial certified and totally dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate through the selling and buying process from beginning to end. Together they specialize in commercial, residential, leasing, condos and co-ops, covering all of Queens, Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn Manhattan and South Florida.

Born and raised in Queens, Andrea lived in New York for many years and currently resides in Whitestone. She attended NY Fashion Institute of Technology where she studied Fashion Buying & Merchandising, and Advertising & Communication. Her former career was in Garment Center sales, retail management, show coordination for a traveling fur company, concierge services and special events for Nordstrom's Roosevelt Field store.

Andrea and her team will provide any resources necessary to ensure a seamless outcome in your transaction, with a network of mortgage brokers, contractors, handymen and others to readily recommend. The team is also community-minded, as sponsors of God's Love We Deliver, Friends of Karen, The American Cancer Society, Daniel Copersino Foundation, hosting holiday parties at Queens shelters and involvement in other local events.
