Andrea is a team leader of The Evans Llorens Team at Douglas Elliman, comprised of a group of 10 multicultural and diverse Associate Brokers and agents who are commercial certified and totally dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate through the selling and buying process from beginning to end. Born and raised in Queens, Andrea lived in New York for many years and currently resides in Whitestone. She attended NY Fashion Institute of Technology where she studied Fashion Buying & Merchandising, and Advertising & Communication. Her former career was in Garment Center sales, retail management, show coordination for a traveling fur company, concierge services and special events for Nordstrom's Roosevelt Field store.

The Real Andrea EvansDo you want the truth about Andrea Evans?The long awaited day for my retirement was approaching and the sale of our home.This was not just any home!Our eldest daughter planned sketch the design of this home to the very last detail.This home built from our available lot of land, the finished home was our pride and Joy!The Realtor would have to be extremely qualified and meet multiple criteria,Andrea Evans came highly recommended by our Auto Insurance Consultant.Prayed about retirement date for decades, and allowing a Realtor our prized position was not easy, I was reluctant and skeptical to place our valuable treasure in someone I never met.Reluctantly I called Andrea, appt set for July 27th at noon, I informed Andrea it had to be quick, it was my husband’s b’day and lots to do.She sounded great! Andrea is extremely competent, professional, personable, knowledgeable, hard-working and responsive.
