I am and have been a local Real Estate Professional in the Charleston, SC area for over 22 years and I consider myself well versed in assisting clients to the American Dream. I believe that people should be armed with knowledge, honesty and integrity. It's “2021”, and I am growing ya'll! I decided to create a Real Estate team with the name “Andrea & Friends Relationships Realty”, where did I get the name you ask? Over the last 22 years of helping families buy & sell Real Estate in the Low Country, I have met the most wonderful “Friends” aka Home / Commercial Buyer’s & Seller’s, my relationships have been endless and much appreciated.

My Friends invited me to their weddings, birthday parties, children graduations/christenings/births, cookouts and even church. I sometimes get “friend” calls for relationship advice (Prayer), decorating ideas, business venture ideas and successful endeavors to help celebrate. I have sold to my “Friends”‘ children, family members and their own personal friends as well. 80% of business comes from referrals from the relationships built over the years with my “Friends”! I could not think of a better name for my business that my “Friends aka Buyer’s & Seller’s” help build with/for me.
