There was no question who we would be using. Andrew is the most knowledgeable broker in Morris County to use when buying or selling, especially in Indian Lake. The negotiation process couldn’t have been easier. Andrew always has the right approach with his buyers best interest in mind. Andrew was available 24/7 and always gave me his undivided attention. I knew he truly cared about our happiness above the sale. Having bought 6 years ago, we were truly dreading the experience again. We quickly realized that was because we didn’t have Andrew and his team the first time around. He has the most knowledgeable inspector, fastidious and savvy mortgage rate agent, and hardworking and meticulous lawyer on his team. We truly felt like we had the best of the best representing us and that they all had our best interest and satisfaction in mind the entire time.

Andrew deserved more then five stars. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest! We absolutely loved working with him. My husband and I commented a few times to each other how happy we were finding Andrew and it was meant to be. From start to finish, Andrew was exceptional. We would recommend him over and over. The house we ended up purchasing was even more then we could have dreamed of and I thank Andrew for that.

Compassionate, Knowledgeable Tiger.Andrew Allen is someone I met in 2011 at an open house and my wife and I immediately took a liking to him and asked him to help us find a new home. For various reasons we weren't able to move, but always remembered how knowledgeable and friendly and understanding he was. When it was time to sell our home we thought of him immediately. Andrew understood our circumstances and our emotional attachment to the home and our challenges. He listened, showed real caring and helped us put a game plan together. He brought in a wonderful photographer and a home designer who made terrific recommendations on what to improve in the house. Through every bump in the road he was a calming presence and helped us get to the finish line with much less stress than we expected. His suggestions and ideas also helped us get an exorbitant amount of money more than we were asking for our home. He's skillfully managed all of the offers and reoffers and final rounds of bidding to get us to a wonderful finish line that was beyond our wildest expectations. Andrew has an answer for everything that might pop up and either has a solution or gets one quickly. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to hire Andrew and will always consider him a family friend moving forward. It was a joy to work with Andrew in this crazy market. We were renting a house and the owners unexpectedly put it up for sale. Houses were disappearing within hours of going on the market and we were getting worried. Andrew knew of a house that was not yet on the market and gave us a tour via Facetime. We were concerned about its sky lights so he drove over and checked for leaks after a heavy rainfall. We bought the house and are moving in this weekend. Everyone Andrew recommended along the way was top-notch, too. We can't thank him and his office manager, Chris, for their hard work.

Andrew was great to us. We contacted him at tha beginning of covid and then realized we couldn't sell our rental property because of the NJ eviction moratorium for almost two years. And Andrew stuck with us for almost two years. In the end he had a contract on the house before it was put on the market. He gave us great advice along the way, always returned calls promptly and kept his word.

Andrew was so wonderful to work with! My husband and I purchased our home in Landing all the way from Monterey, CA!!! We did not get to visit any of the homes in person, but we knew we could trust Andrew's judgement. He FaceTimed us for showings, took pictures/videos of the surrounding street and neighborhood to give us the best picture of what we were looking at. Andrew treated the process as though he was buying a home for himself and was honest when he thought the house was not right for x,y,z reasons. He was not just looking to sell us a home fast and make his commission. Andrew was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and made the whole home buying process seamless. Even after the sale was finished, Andrew continued to provide guidance and assistance in finding professionals to improve our home. All of the recommendations he has made have been outstanding. Andrew is a fantastic broker that I highly recommend. He educated me on current market conditions, what to expect, what to consider across offers, etc.. Everything that he said could, or would likely happen, did in fact happen! We had a plan in place for everything. He really goes above and beyond to help his clients through the process and keep them informed on what all parties are responsible for. He is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and he always made himself available when I had a question or concern. His assistant Christina is also top-notch and very responsive. They are an excellent team; I felt as if I was in very good hands during the entire process.
