Our family outgrew our home in Ziani in Newport Coast, and we needed to sell. Our market timing couldn't have been worse -- the bottom of the five-year real estate bust. But we knew if anyone could sell, it would be Andrew. And we were right! We had an offer in 30 days, and closed escrow 30 days after that.
