Andrew and his team are first class with great resources! During the purchase of a 2nd home, we ran into issues with the seller which pushed closing several times. Andrew was able to contact his Title Attorney who easied the mind of the seller and explained several complex issues with them. Andrew brought a wealth of knowledge as well as the appropriate resources to the table when it was needed to close the deal. Ultimately we closed on the property and still rely on his expertise to navigate the 2nd home/rental business. Would recommend to anyone looking for a top notch negotiator whos ability and resources pay for themseleves.

True professional. Understands the market better than any other agent we’ve met. Sold our house at a price we never dreamed of before we ever went on the market. Only 1 pre market showing and didn’t have deal with open houses / private showings etc. Easiest selling process we’ve ever been through by far. This is your guy!

Andrew Undem was a dream to work with. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he took care of us from beginning to end. We didn't have the buying expertise but Andrew taught and lead us through the entire home buying process from sending us newly listed properties, numerous tours (I'm picky), home inspections, and signing the final paperwork. He helped us find our dream home and for a great price (under our budget). Andrew negotiated fiercely to ensure we were able to secure our dream home. He's very nice and all smiles. Yet he also has the right realtor attitude to get the deal you want done and signed. We will definitely use Andrew for all our future real estate plans and needs.

My wife and I worked with Andrew to buy our first home. He was absolutely phenomenal. Constantly went out of his way to make sure we found the right home for us. He personally went with us to every house we wanted to see, showed us places of excellent quality and affordability that was exactly within the scope of what we were looking for. My husband and I had a good experience selling our home with Andrew and the SURE group. Andrew helped us find our home in Baltimore 5 years ago, and was quick to help us navigate selling the home despite an ongoing pandemic. He was easy to work with, incredibly responsive/prompt with communication, knowledgeable about the process, and helped us navigate a few bumps in the negotiation process. Our home sold in less than a week which made things easy for us!

Andrew was incredibly helpful and respectful of what my wishes were for my future home. He did not try to sell me a home outside of my budget or convince me I would never find what I was looking for in my budget. He knew people we passed on the street as we looked at various houses and told me stories about different parts of the city as we went.
