About Andy Lee

Andy is a Jacksonville native, with deep business and family ties. He currently resides in the Jacksonville Beach community, grew up in Empire Point and recently sold a commercial printing company in San Marco. His son, Colton, graduated from Episcopal School of Jacksonville and is currently a student at the University of Florida, following the family legacy.

Although divorced in 2008, Andy still enjoys a traditional, family lifestyle with his amazing partner in everything, Wendy, and his son Colton. Ellie, their pound puppy, is the newest addition to the pack.

Andy is an avid boater and musician. His grand piano is his other “baby”…thus the term “baby grand”, but is followed very closely by his love of boats. He refurbished his first boat at the age of 12 and has been in and around them since. In his younger years he was a decent water skier but now prefers to cruise the St. Johns and ICW in leisurely comfort.

Why Choose Andy?

When you ask the people who know Andy what his most valuable trait is, there is always one word that comes out…INTEGRITY!. Integrity in his person, integrity in his process and integrity in his business transactions. Real estate is cluttered with contracts and evidentiary paperwork, but Andy’s word and handshake, are as binding to him as a written contract, reminiscent of traditional Jacksonville business practice he grew up with. That being said, he and his team are meticulous with the details of the transaction.  As his client, you will always know what is going on when you work with him…pre-contract through closing and beyond.

On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...

How Your Appearance Affects Your Sales

As a real estate professional, you’ve probably heard one person or another talk about “dressing for success” while they show you their new watch or tailored suit.
