Angelique is exceptional. She is immensely gifted in humbly serving clients. She is very professional and has strong analytical skills. I have benefited a lot from her professional guidance. She is the right fit for the job, with her critical thinking skills. She is very communicative, punctual and responsible. She arrives before us in time for every visit we had. She is so wise that she sees all issues from all possible angles before making decisions. I relied a lot on her for most of the critical steps. She has so profound experience from her past jobs, I think, she is bringing in to her current job , and that is making her at equal footage to a very seasoned agent. I worked with Home Happy Team to purchase my first home, and was extremely satisfied. Initially I worked with Kristin and Elizabeth last year and hold off the process for a year to take care of some urgent maters. Since I was impressed by their work ethics and knowledge of Kristin and Elizabeth, I went back to Home Happy Team when I start looking for a house again. This time, Angelique Graham was the main person that I worked with. She led me through the whole process starting from home touring, closing, through the last inspection of the house. She is very amazing woman! Through the whole process she involved as if she was buying the house for herself. I was impressed not only by her professionalism but also by her care for her client. Since it was my first experience in home buying, she guided me through the whole process patiently and eagerly! Her response to my call or text was quick so the communication was very smooth! After we finished the process from her side, Ann stepped in to walk me through the paper work. She is very detail oriented and makes the closing process very smooth. The Home Happy Team has a great system which made my purchasing experience extraordinary! I initially put in an inquiry on a property for sale in Alexandria, VA by contacting Kristin Stone through Zillow. Although I never heard back directly from Kristen, I was contacted by a few other agents in her office, and Angelique was one of them.

What struck me, in Angelique's initial email, was how thorough, professional and friendly she sounded. Although the property that initially caught my eye was already under contract, Angelique thought to include links to several similar properties in her email. We corresponded via email and phone regarding what I was looking for, and I arranged for Angelique to show my daughter (who lives up in that area) a few potential properties. I then flew up a few weeks later and Angelique was right "on target" with what she showed me and every bit as friendly, energetic and professional in person.

Angelique was incredible during the negotiation process - I just cannot say enough great things about her. Due to her hard work and perseverance, I recently closed on what I consider to be, the perfect home. I give Angelique the highest of recommendations - she is outstanding!

My experience working with Angelique was great. I was a first time home buyer and her industry knowledge was very helpful in putting my mind at ease through my constant worrying. She was able to answer my questions and provide me with guidance on making a purchase considering both what I wanted and what was a good investment. My favorite thing about Angelique was her responsiveness - she responded to me whether it was 12pm or 12am. Even though her work with me is done, she still checks in to see how things are going and is just as responsive when I have a question. I highly recommend Angelique.

I contacted Angelique to help me find a condo to rent. I was moving to the area from out of state and flew down for a weekend. She was fantastic the entire time. Before my trip, she responded to emails quickly. During our day of hunting, she was very organized and quite the calming presence as I started to get anxious (I had to find a place during this trip and did not want to settle for an okay place. Housing in this area is too expensive for that). After I found a place and returned home, she continued to to be responsive through the application and lease signing process. I've been in my new home for almost 2 months now and I love it. When the time comes to find a new place to call home, I will call Angelique - no doubt about it.
