On our first encounter Angie Hudson (TX) gave us some sound advise on what we would need to buy a home. With that we paused the search and reached back out in about 2 months when we were ready. Angie made us feel like we we were her only clients even though I knew that was not the case. Our needs changed mid-way through the process and Angie adjusted the home search with no problem. We found our dream home, within our budget, with the help of Angie in record time and moved in before our lease was up in our apartment. I would highly recommend Angie Hudson. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect from start to finish of the home buying process. I will use her again!

When we began this journey we were not totally confident that we could even purchase a home in today's economy. Even though we had bought two times before everything has changed and gotten so expensive! Angie listened to our concerns, and after reassuring us, and exhibiting her confident expertise, we decided to give her a chance, for which we are forever grateful. Not only did Angie bend over backward to accommodate us, she made a point to find just the right house that "fit" us for where we are in life, and then made sure all was in order come closing day. It is perfect! All along this path of modern home buying Angie coached us on the whole online experience of DocuSign-ing thus alleviating all our fears and doubts. I started looking for homes and a realtor several months prior to the time I needed to seriously start looking. Angie promptly contacted me, but did not bother me until the date that I told her I would be seriously looking. When I called her back a little early, she answered the phone by my name. I felt respected and important by her willingness to not constantly contact me and then to answer by my name. Once we started looking, she really allowed us to search widely but also met our needs. She was extremely prompt in responding. It was like she was so busy but also at our finger tips any time we needed her! We were about to put down earnest money on a house, but it didn't feel quite right. She offered to drive me around the city to see if I really felt at home (which was about 8pm). When we decided to not move forward, I felt no resentment from her. In finding the final home that we decided on, Angie was so helpful, supportive, and enjoyable to be around that it felt like someone I knew forever was helping us out. I recommended her to 8 other people who have all also had great reviews about her.Choose Angie!!

From our first contact Angie exhibited caring professionalism in all respects including all advice about needed repairs and maintenance on our property. All of her recommendations proved to be positive improvements in the sale-ability of our home. We had already moved away and she took care of all necessary details.
