I am Angie Primus, your trustworthy and reliable real estate agent.
I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2008 and have proudly represented real estate buyers and sellers.
I am now licensed in the following states: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In addition, I am a Certified Women and Minority Owned Business Enterprise.
Working with me is effortless: You give me a call and “Partner with a Professional!”
I represent my clients in an unconventional fashion. I believe in quality over quantity. Due to my vast experience, I consider myself an authority in working with Sellers. Besides, my Concierge Services are second to none.
I am constantly keeping up with the latest trends in real estate and cutting-edge online marketing strategies. I am branded as “@yourrealtoroncall” for a reason. I am proud of doing business repeatedly with my former clientele and received many referrals from numerous satisfied clients over the years.
I take great pride and pleasure in providing my clients with quality and affordable housing.
I used to work as a Registered Nurse with a passion for helping those in the most vulnerable situations in the trauma wing of the operating room. However, in 2000, I took a chance, bid on a Hud Home, and won. Then, I purchased an investment property the same year and fell in love with buying and renovating old homes.
I felt inspired and continued buying several properties in New York and the Carolinas.
My skills and attributes as a nurse smoothed my transition into real estate. Later, it proved to be a match made in heaven.
After I obtained my license in 2008, I soon became one of the top sales agents in my office.
In 2012, I founded Primford Homes because I wanted to bring a superior level of Professionalism. Moreover, my objective and priority were to set a brand-new standard for High-Quality Customer Service peppered with a Personal Touch.
I also founded A1 Advocacy Group. The main focus was to provide resources and assistance to individuals in need and their families navigating the healthcare system.
My distinctive real estate feature is working with seniors. In addition, I focus on particular individuals who face unfortunate life events, such as illness, divorce, or tragedy. They require a Trained Professional who can help them navigate any real estate transaction.
I understand the complexity of these unique and vulnerable situations and will do my best to figure out the most favorable solution.
Suppose you’re up against such adversities. In that case, my background as a nurse and my expertise as a realtor make me your perfect choice!
I take great pleasure in being an active member of my charming local community. For this reason, I help individuals handle the obstacles the health care system often poses. Furthermore, I am a health and fitness advocate and happily volunteer my time as a group fitness instructor for Shape Up NYC. As a fitness coach, I organize fitness classes at senior living centers.
In a word, I love inspiring, educating, and motivating people as it relates to healthcare, wellness, and fitness!
My biggest accomplishment is becoming a mom to two wonderful boys. They give me the courage and strength daily to keep believing and dreaming big! Being a recent widow, I managed to balance work with family superbly.
My hobbies are teaching fitness classes to seniors and those with chronic health issues. I also love playing tennis.
I look forward to working with you on your next real estate transaction!
