Ann was wonderful at preparing us for the sale of our home. We listed and accepted and off in 5 days. She was great at setting a reasonable asking price that fairly represented the value of our home and ended up with a bidding war leading to a sale 10% over asking. Ann has been great in assisting in our search to find land to build our next home and we have entered into contract. She has been forthcoming with great advice and perspective on locations, price review, negotiation, and the overall processes and pitfalls involved!!! She has been available whenever we have needed her and was instrumental in our finding a rental home while are between the sale of our home construction of our new home. we couldn't have gotten through all this without her!

Ann was referred to us by 2 of my family members that had purchased homes with her. And they would always talk to us about how nice and knowledgeable about the market she is, and boy they were right! She is very knowledgeable about the market, we had our first telephone conversation with her and gave her all of our requirements for the house we wanted and the budget, she when above and beyond to help us. The process was fairly fast. And we are now happy in our new home :) Ann was always there to answer our questions and ALWAYS took our calls. She is very patient and is there for her clients. My wife and I worked with Ann to purchase our first home in an area unfamiliar to us. Ann was GREAT. She's very friendly & knowledgeable & gets things done quickly. If I had to contact her, she got back to me within a few hours at the most. She was also great at negotiating a concession from the people I bought my condo from which will help me out with incidentals that need to be done on the place.
