About Ann Tidmore

I have been a resident of Pensacola since 1979 and I got my real estate license in 1997. I enjoy the challenge of helping people find just the right home as well as the equally interesting challenge of marketing properties for sale with an often different approach that will get results in today's market. I am a Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified New Home Specialist and an e-Pro. The training and experience plus the fact that I think each need is unique means each customer is special. I licensed in both Alabama and Florida which includes a broker license in Florida.
