Ms. Ann is the best! She not only sold my home on Southern Oaks Dr, she is also in the process of selling me a much smaller home since I am downsizing.She knows several people in town & knows how & whom to call if there is a problem.Her personality is amazing & she never meets a stranger. The long hours she puts in for her clients & the little things that she does makes her very special!
