Ann was trained on Customer Service as a Human Resource Director for 36 years at Nabisco,Inc, later known as Kraft Foods, you learn to roll with the conglomerates as they expand and deversify but in doing so I also learned that listening is the best way to know what customers as well as employees want and need. Therefore my segway into Real Estate has been easy after relocating Nabisco employees for years and years and assisting them with their personal benefits, payroll and housing needs. Wendy has a degree in Merchandising and Design and loves to stage and decorate and sell our beautiful homes in SW Florida. We relocated from NJ and have owned a home in Cape Coral since 1997 and love boating, kayaking and the beach life and are familiar with all aspects of home ownership in SW Florida and know the area extremely well. Through other acquaintances, I have known Ann for several years. She had always been open and friendly. I knew she was a realtor, so when (for health reasons ) I needed to move closer to my daughter, I gave her a call. Although we already knew each other, I still found Ann to be efficient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her profession. After getting my list of requirements, she set to work finding me “just the right place” that met all of my needs. And because I needed to sell my own home before I could move, she did that too. She listed it quickly, it sold quickly. Ann literally walked me through the entire process from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
