Ann Behrens at Coldwell Banker was the listing agent for our house in Roxbury Township. We chose Ann because in her first meeting with us she presented a great amount of data on the real estate market which could have been overwhelming. But she explained a complex subject with a great amount of data in a way that we could understand it.Our selling time was compressed for several reasons. First, the builder of our new house moved up the closing date. Then our family was hit by Covid, so we lost 3 weeks. Then we found an issue with our house that needed to be addressed before we could list it, which was another week lost. Ann kept reassuring us to just get well, just get the house problem fixed, and we’ll get through it.After we finally got our house on the market with a compressed selling time, a family member developed a health issue and was admitted into the hospital. When she came home the times that our house could be shown were limited, but Ann worked with us to keep the showings happening.With Ann’s help, our house was sold within the compressed timeframe for moving into our new house in December 2024. Plus the offer was $15,000 above our asking price.We wholeheartedly recommend Ann Behrens as a listing agent!

Ann was really helpful with me as I bought my first house. She explained the process of buying this home and gave me a booklet of all of the expenses that I may acquire during the purchase. Ann also asked important questions of the seller about the water in the crawl space and the important repairs I would need to do when I moved in. This informed my decision when making a bid on the home. She also consistently reminded me of tasks I needed to get done and paperwork that needed to be sign before the closing. She was a great help and support during this process.

My wife and I went through a three-and-a-half-year period of searching for homes with Ann with a break or two in between. We initially started our search at the top of 2021 when the rates were low and competition was at it’s peak. Being first time homebuyers Ann was extremely helpful and patient with us. Not once did we feel like she was rushing to get a commission. Often, when we would tell her we wanted to put in an offer on a house she would have to remind us; “are you guys sure? this house does not even meet your basic needs.” We were desperate to find a house at one point because we had just had a baby and wanted to get out of our apartment. Ann made herself available whenever we needed and was so supportive. When we took a break from our home search, she would periodically check in on us just wishing us well. After baby #2 we knew it was time to get back on the hunt. After another 6 months or so and a few letdowns we finally found a house and closed. I think Ann was happier than we were. We would 1000% recommend Ann as an agent for anyone looking to buy a house!
