About Anna Shelbaer

One sentence about your real estate career (length, awards, accomplishments):  Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, Realtor, Licensed in MA & NH.

Who Inspires you and why:  Kim Cook.  She is an amazing Realtor and person.  She is one of the busiest agents I know, yet she is always calm and friendly.  Never shows stress.  Always has time to help anyone that asks and is constantly participating in various charities/fundraisers.  My goal is to be like her.

Favorite historic building or town:  Copenhagen, Denmark.  The architecture and the cobblestone streets are just beautiful and it feels like you have gone back in time, yet it is a modern city at the same time.

Favorite book: Raving Fans. This book changed my life.

What is the best part of your job:  I love meeting new people and being able to be a part of one of the most important steps in their lives.  On closing day, when they walk into their new home often as homeowners for the first time, it is the best feeling in the world to know that you helped them get there!

What most people would be surprised to know about you:  I come across as very conservative and actually, I am, I dot my I’s and cross my t’s and need to be sure I stay organized.  But, I love adventure!  I have sky dived, climbed into a glacier crevasse ice caving, hiked the Tetons, skied in a lighting storm and helmet dived in Bermuda… just for starters…
