Anne helped my wife and I find a unique property to meet our needs under tight constraints on budget, location, and amenities. She was very patient with our search as these constraints and our needs required a fairly long period of time before we succeeded. Once we located the property, Anne was very expert at negotiating and transacting the deal. Anne REALLY simplified the "first-time" home buyer experience for me! Very helpful and knowledgeable at every stage of the process from understanding parts of my mortgage that my lender was vague about to being prepared for closing and everything in between. She was open to understanding what was important for my family and very good about discussing pros and cons of each property we toured.
