Annette is a professional of the highest caliber and her expertise in the Bayonne market is unsurpassed. She is remarkably attentive to every detail and nuance of the real estate transaction process. Her personality is friendly but not overly familiar, always maintaining an air of professionalism that few real estate agents I have dealt with in past possess. But most importantly, Annette maintained her calm and almost infinite patience even under the most ridiculously trying circumstances, not only when dealing with me, a novice buyer, but, when asked to step into a transaction for a vacationing colleague, she was forced to deal with a seller with extremely limited communication skills and the sellers’ unreasonable and obnoxious tenant who attempted to sabotage the process at every turn. Annette always maintained her clam, professional manner. A real pleasure to work with. Not only do I highly recommend Annette as an Agent and Broker, but I refuse to participate in any real estate transaction in Hudson County without her advice and support.

We were fortunate to meet Annette and have her help us find that perfect house we were looking to buy. She understood our requirements very quickly and after several appointments she knew exactly what we wanted. She was always there on time, and always prepared. Every appointment was pre-arranged and confirmed; we never had to go home "empty-handed". She knew the area well and made excellent recommendations, her knowledge of construction added tremendous value to the process as she knew what if anything was wrong and what would it take to fix it. With her great personality and good sense of humor it was fun just to go and see properties. And when we found our dream house, it took us some time to realize it was ours and while we were waiting for a "sign", the house was taken off the market. Annette was still able to reach out original owners and arranged an appointment for us. She was there for us throughout entire negotiation process and closing. We are very happy with the house, price, location and experience Annette has brought us. Without Annette's help we would not be able to have our dream house. We definitely recommend Annette. She was able to help us, even though our case was not that easy and straight forward and we were not exactly easy buyers, and we are sure she will be able to help anyone who is serious about buying a house. As first time home buyers, my husband and I didn't know what to expect. Annette helped ease our stress and guided us along the way to find our perfect home. We had a few speed bumps along the way when dealing with other parties and Annette helped to solve each issue. Annette was patient enough to look at over 30 homes in a short amount of time until we found our home. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what to look for in a home. Annette was extremely knowledgeable when we looked at homes. For example, she taught us how to look at the furnace, roof, etc. and how much it would cost to repair these items if they were older or not in great shape. These were things that we did not know before we met Annette. We thoroughly enjoyed Annette and her wonderful personality. She fought for us until we closed on our house and became a great friend to us during the entire process. We highly recommend Annette to anyone looking to purchase a home.
