I have known quite a few real estate agents and have been licensed myself and I still will only use Anthony when I need to buy or sell a home in NJ. After a smooth purchase of my wife and I's home we knew Anthony would be the best option when needing to sell my wife's late parent's home in Lincroft. His knowledge of New Jersey real estate and local connections made from years of networking in the area were invaluable. We were able to get above asking while having to spend very little time on the market which was so greatly appreciated in what was an already sad and stressful period of our lives. Highly recommend. Anthony was an exceptional realtor. He answered all our calls, took time explaining the steps in selling our home and purchasing our new home, was professional in all areas and very personable. He was not a pushy realtor. Anthony was able to negotiate staying in our house and rent it back for 2 months till we found our new home. When we saw a house, Anthony made the time to have us view the house. I highly recommend Anthony to be your realtor! A friend recommended Anthony to us after he helped her sell her house, and I'm so glad! Anthony walked us through the whole sales process. He is very professional, answered all our questions and texts promptly, was very thorough, and he's just a nice guy all around! Cannot speak highly enough of Anthony and his team. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were a little shell shocked at the extent of the process and everything that goes along with it. Given the market we thought would be renting for many years to come. After being introduced socially to Anthony by a mutual friend, we reached out and scheduled our first showing. Ironically enough, it became the home we purchased. From start to finish the process was seamless. When talking to Anthony, no question went unanswered, no call was never returned. While still professional, it was like talking to a friend. He put our best interests first and worked diligently to get us into our first home. I reached out to Anthony in February 2022 during a hectic and volatile market. This was my partners and I first time buying a home and I was pretty nervous in such an aggressive market. From day one, Anthony helped overcome those fears with his patience and knowledge of the market to help us be able to find exactly what we were looking. Felt like anytime I had a question or a concern I could reach out and he'd respond promptly. A very honest and chill guy that I can level with when needed. Helped so much that he comes from a contracting background as well but through many walkthroughs and a turned down offer we stayed positive and found a house that's perfect for us in November 2022. Anthony is truly the best! He got us into our first home in 2020 so we knew when we wanted to sell we needed Anthony! The process of selling and buying was a lot more stressful but Anthony made it so much easier for us just being him and doing what he does so well!
