Anthony has 29+ years experience with Hutchinson Island real estate, earning his first license in 1987, and his Broker’s license in 1988. He earned a degree in Marketing from Siena College, Loudonville, New York in 1986, after growing up in the Catskills of New York.
Anthony is a member of the REALTORS Association of Martin County, the Florida REALTORS Association and the National Association of REALTORS.

Building Hutchinson Island - When he moved to Florida in 1987 it was to assist his father in the development of Islandia I and Islandia II, two of the most popular condominium projects on Hutchinson Island. It was not a silver spoon transition, as his father had Anthony work throughout the organization from landscaping up through customer service and eventually sales and marketing. It paid off, because Anthony is the only Broker with the broad extent of knowledge that comes from working on the initial plans and construction of the condo towers. He knows them better than anyone in the business.

Following successful development of Islandia I and Islandia II, Anthony moved on to positions at Island Dunes I and II, pre-selling the projects from start to finish. The Von Aldenbruck family was also the developer of the four Oceana condominium buildings. One of these is now called Island Crest, while the other three are called Oceana North I, Ocean North II and Ocean South.

Moving Into Sales - With a hard earned understanding of what it took to build a condo on Hutchinson Island, Anthony moved up a notch to working with pre-construction sales through completion for the Regency condominium development.

Needless to say, you’re not going to find another real estate professional on Hutchinson Island with as much experience as Anthony. He was part of the development of some of the most popular developments on Hutchinson Island and he has sold units in just about every project on the island.
