I typically don't write reviews, but I have to say that Arelys was so great, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write about our experience with her. She is extremely professional and demonstrated an amazing attitude. My husband and I were looking for a rental in the Pembroke Pines area. We initially met Arelys when we went to look at a potential home. While, that property did not interest us, Arelys took the time to look up other properties that matched our criteria and even set up an appointment for us that same day! She continued to work with us until we found the perfect place. Arelys was always accessible and responded promptly, which is important when you are trying to find a home. She was always so happy and eager to help us! She also provided invaluable guidance and advice. She truly goes above and beyond to help her clients. We will definitely be using Arelys as our agent when we decide to buy a home. I have already started referring friends to her! You will not be disappointed!!!

Arelys was a godsend. In about 2-3 months, she was able to sell our townhome for the price that we had wanted. She made the process as stress-free as possible and was there for us every step of the way. And unlike most realtors, you can tell that she really cares for her clients! She went above and beyond our expectations, and we are happy to have had her as our agent.

Arelys did an amazing job selling our Townhouse in Coral Springs. The property was only on the market for one week. The entire process went very smoothly under Arelys' guidance and professionalism. The property sold for more than our asking price. We were pleasantly surprised!

You will never find a realtor better than Arelys. Arelys cares for her clients as if she has known them as childhood friends. We formed a special bond with Arelys where we have become friends,Arelys was spot on with her projection for the sale of our house. I was working and living in North Florida while Arelys made sure my wife and kids were doing well living in our house until we sold it.

Arelys was the most incredible realtor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was out of state while she and my boyfriend worked to find our dream home and she ensured my input and needs were being addressed and met even from so far away. She was so flexible as our ultimate goals changed and stayed positive and encouraging through it all. She was so available to answer all of our questions and worked incredibly hard to ensure the bidding and closing processes went smoothly. I can't stress enough how wonderful she was. She made it all feel way more fun and celebratory compared to the stress horror stories everyone tells of their house hunting experiences. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!

Great experience. Found the house fast and acted fast on it. Bought my house in West Palm Beach for 60k. By the time Arelys took me on as a client, I had done a lot of research and had done some driving around and also used the picture references of previous listings. We got lucky and found my house after visiting the second house.
