Let's face it, Realtors do not a have a positive image in the public mind. I've made it a point to always remember what I thought about Realtors before becoming one. Having sold about 100 personal homes, believe me, I had the opportunity to work with many along the way. Some good, some bad. As a result, I developed a clear vision of who I wanted to be as a licensed Realtor.

I have made a commitment to be very honest and direct with my clients. This is not always an easy approach to take yet it is ALWAYS in the best interest of my buyers and sellers.

This allows sellers to gain a clear understanding of what they and I will have to do to get their home sold. Everything from staging the inside and outside of the home, to not just setting a price, but building a pricing strategy together based on the market, competing homes for sale, and the sellers ultimate reason for selling in the first place.
