She was very responsive, patient, and provided advice to ensure we obtained our best outcome on what was a unique property. We always felt she was our advocate in negotiations and advice. She went above and beyond expectations several times in even offering to handle things for us when we were away that was more than we'd expect from a realtor. Additionally, Tricia Jones helped make the paperwork aspect a breeze. This was appreciated given we were handling most documents from another town. My wife and I will just later this morning be going to our walk-through followed by the closing on our new house. With Amanda Stephens as our agent and Sandy Thomerson at the office, this whole experience was made about as easy as you can make it. Having just moved from south Florida, we immediately saw a lot of differences here in the house buying process. Amanda explained it to us every step of the way and could not have been any friendlier or helpful. And with Sandy setting up and coordinating all the inspections and estimators, what a huge load that was not being on our shoulders, especially not being familiar with the local businesses. We could not be more pleased with the guidance and help we got through Ashley Lay Real Estate.

Selling agent was extremely knowledge and easy to work with. All office staff are extremely helpful. Do they every take a day off? I don't think so. Our journey continues with Ashley Lay and Associates as we continue to search for our next home.
