Ashley did a phenomenal job communicating with me every step of the way. She was incredibly patient and did a heck of a job or listening to my wants and needs to translate into what I was looking for in a home. She went out of her way to have my back in the transaction and after hearing horror stories about how other realtors are I can say that Ashley is a diamond in the rough.

Ashley goes above and beyond to help out when selling a house.She pays close attention to details and she made sure that things were in order and explained, and if anything came up, she would always keep us up to date. Definitely check her and the gold team out if you need to sell your house!

I have worked with one other realtor before but have been around a few of them before, Ashley is by far one of the best agents i have known, she listened to what i wanted and gave option after option to look at, until we finally found the one we wanted and she did everything and was availavle to talk anytime i had a question or anything. Easy to get a hold of, was really invested in it, took time to explain different things, you just couldn't ask for a kinder, more invested realtor.

Ashley was excellent! We cannot say enough about how professional she was throughout the process from beginning to end. She truly went above and beyond with our listing. We had major obstacles due to problems the buyers were experiencing on their end with their finance company, but Ashley stayed on top of everything and kept us updated at every turn of events. This included relisting the property and getting another offer the next day! Then keeping an eye out for anything that could possibly go wrong with the second buyer! We know she put so much effort and time into our sale including the day of closing which had its own buyer fiascos. She has been and will be the only realtor we will recommend! She also had excellent suggestions for our purchase we were making out of state. We feel we gained a friend as well as a top of the line realtor with Ashley. You absolutely cannot go wrong by choosing her!
