Finding and buying a house can be notoriously frustrating. The process for me however, was made refreshingly straightforward and rewarding through the expertise of Kip and Audrey. They listened, understood what needed to be done and found me the right properties to visit. Kip is well organized and conducted well informed tours - I found him extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Audrey is simply the font of all knowledge - if you have a question in regard to location, market, resale or investment, she has an honest and straightforward answer you can count on. If your buying or selling, you'd be crazy to use someone else! These guys rock.

Working with Audrey and Kip was a pleasure! They are friendly, interesting people to begin with, but when it comes to buying and selling houses, they are awesome! No question went unanswered, no details left out, and always responded to our texts and calls very quickly. When the buying process took a few unexpected turns they kept us focused and calm. We hope to enjoy our condo for a very long time, but if we make a change we won’t hesitate to call on them again! We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Beaufort area!

Audrey is the consummate professional, and caring, too. She returns calls promptly, answers emails very quickly and accurately. She even bakes cookies for your closing day in your new home. She always has an answer. We bought a property on Lady's Island that we currently rent out and are considering buying more. Audrey would be our realtor, of course.

We came in town for one weekend to find a home and Kip came through for us. He listened and advised until we found a home that fit all our needs. He was great to work with!
