I highly recommend Babette! She’s professional, very responsive, detail oriented, and a great negotiator. Babette sold my parents’ house a few years ago and then she helped my husband and I purchase our first home. We started looking for a house before moving to the area and Babette toured houses for us and sent videos/pictures. Once we relocated, we set up in-person tours and she was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped walk us through the whole process. We would definitely trust her to buy or sell our home in the future.

First, I want to say that Babette was a God send to us. We had a short period of time to locate a house and move to Florida. Within one week Babette had found us a very nice house, which was well within our budget. Fast forward five years later, we had 30 days to get our house on the market and sold. Within 60 days Babette had worked diligently to ensure our house was sold above market value. Babette made selling our home an excellent experience from start to finish! She is an experienced professional who knows the real estate market inside and out. She is prepared, knowledgeable and resourceful. She walked us through the entire selling process step by step - always going the extra mile to assist with whatever we needed. She truly cares about her clients and is a joy to work with. Her negotiating skills are top notch, too - she sold our home quickly for more than the listing price. Babette is AMAZING! I have used her for buying two homes and selling one and I would never use anyone else. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and will get you every penny you deserve when selling.
