I first worked with Bambi in 2004 when I utilized her services to help my buy my first home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, worked with my schedule, responded very quickly to all my questions, and also gave very practical advice, which I needed and appreciated. She successfully negotiated a contract on my house on the day it became available and did this across a long distance as I had not yet moved to Charleston at the time. My first experience was so positive with Bambi that I did not hesitate to contact her when my current need arose, which was to buy a vacant lot in order to build a new house. Bambi was able to shift gears and work with us throughout this process, which was a bit different from buying a home that is already built. Bambi knows the area well and also knows the market: she performed comparative analyses to gauge the recent and current market trends on new construction. This helped us to make a sound offer on land and also helped us as we searched for a general contractor and architect. We trust Bambi completely, and are so very pleased to recommend her.
