Most of the time buying, selling, looking etc for property is so highly stressful, Barbara took all of that away, with her caring and knowledgeable expertise, it was shocking at how easy she made the transition for us, I can't say enough about how diligent she was without question in resolving all issues and encounters we had. we will call on Barbara for any real-estate ventures we have in the future and will recommend her to anyone we know that needs any type of help with any aspect of real-estate

Barbara helped my husband and I with the sale of our last home and purchase of our current one. She is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and was always willing to help in any way we needed her to. She is trustworthy and was a great asset to us during a time that can be very stressful. Barbara and I went to Real Estate School together, but I decided not to pursue getting my license. Althought she is a relatively new agent, I know that she will be successful. She is honest and she has the client's best interest in all her actions. She is flexible with her schedule and strives to find the home that meets her client's desires. The only reason I didn't give her all 5 stars was our home purchase offered little opportunity to use her negotiation skills and we were one of her first purchases. I would recommend Barbara without reservation.

Barbara found us our home in a town we knew nothing about and it is perfect, she took all of the stress of looking to moving in, away, she has so much knowledge and experience in what she does we didn't have to worry or question anything, even at the singing we were not even a little nervous because we knew she had everything covered which was a true blessing, if we have to move in the future she will be the only person we will look to, she has become more than our realtor but a friend

My husband and I came to this area 3 yrs ago not knowing if we should rent or buy, due to his promotions and the possibility of moving frequently, We found the Andersons, Barbara explained the pros and cons concerning our concerns and we were off on the best journey with her, we decided to buy and Barb made everything so incredibily easy, I never realized buying and selling could be so task free. She was able to get us 5,400 in 2015, in closing cost and made our transition so easy. in 2018 sure enough we had to move and this was a no brainer, we called Barb and she had our house sold in under 24 hrs of listing with 5,000 over appraisal value. There's a funny story as to how I met Barbara, but I won't go into that! Suffice it to say that she took a chance meeting with us. I am so thankful that she did.As a former realtor myself, Barbara conducts business the way a professional should.She is open and honest and very reliable. She is quick with information and response time, something I find lacking in a great many realtors. Although we are only seeking a rental at this time, Barbara is treating us as potential buyers, a smart move! The only reason I didn't give her a 5 Star on Negotiation Skills is because we haven't used those skills yet.Without a doubt, when it comes time to buy, we will buy through Barbara. She is a Blessing!

Barbara was wonderful. She went way out of her way to sell our house. We live in Florida now, so she took care of everything for us. She took care of the repairs, the new carpet, the new roof, the window repairs, and the cleaning of the house. She kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend Barbara to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house.
