In 2007 Barbara did an outstanding job for our real estate partnership, successfully managing the listing, sale and closing of a $2.5 million real estate transaction. Nobody I know of in the greater Wilmington N C area could have done a better, more effective job than Barbara. We'll certainly use her again as Listing Broker. Her professionalism was everywhere evident.

We were fortunate to find Barbara when we first began purchasing and selling real estate in the Wilmington area. Her ability to target what the client desires is amazing. Barbara is bar far one of the very best agents in the Wilmington area! Do not get caught up in some of the bigger name companies. Barbara is available to her clients at all hours, works diligently, truly cares about the needs of all of her clients, and is hands down much more knowledgeable about her field than most.
