Most recently joined Evergreen Realty & Associates to continue her passion to help put clients in homes they love and real estate investments they enjoy! Barbara owned and managed Salons/Sebastian International Artistic & Training Centers in the Midwest and California. Both Barbara and her husband, Dean, pursued careers in Real Estate with Century 21, Exit Realty.

Barbara loves putting deals together. Barbara appreciates that a house is most likely the center of her clients’ universe and something that can improve the quality of all facets of their life.

Never relying on past success, always seeking ways to improve and keep up with the ever-changing world of real estate. Barbara keeps her skills honed through classes and informative symposiums. Barbara is skilled and proficient in negotiating, marketing, interpersonal relationships and technology.

On the home front, married 40 years with 5 children and 5 grandchildren they love family life. Their children are involved in industries ranging from construction, creating custom furniture, salon industry, vocal & musicians, song writing, entertainment/sound/lighting, wedding and event planning businesses. Dean loves football and Barbara loves interior design.

Dedicated to fulfilling their purpose, ”Loving God & Loving People”, they are active in Rick Warren’s global P.E.A.C.E plan and multiple community programs. They are members of the Saddleback Valley Chorale. Dean has extensive experience as a Community Leader.

They love the lifestyle in the Beach Cities area of South Orange County. They both love soaking in the beauty that surrounds the beaches with growing lush hillsides and legendary sunsets. A piece of paradise they feel blessed to enjoy with family and friends.
